AI Usage Monitor Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the AI Usage Monitor app (the "app") provided by Zenith Software Lab ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

2. What the app does

• The app shows the usage and reset times of the AI services you sign in to (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), read on your phone.
• From the history stored on your phone it provides limit forecasts, usage patterns, weekly reports and plan suggestions.
• It can show the same information in home-screen widgets and notifications.

3. Independent app

The app is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and related marks belong to their owners.

4. How usage is read, and your responsibilities

• The app reads usage through methods the AI services have not officially published. If a service changes them, some or all features may stop working without notice.
• You are responsible for following the terms and policies of each AI service you use.
• Do not reverse-engineer or modify the app, or use it to send excessive requests to AI services.
• Any action an AI service takes on your account is between you and that service. We are not responsible for it.

5. Accuracy

Usage figures are shown as provided by each AI service. Forecasts, plan suggestions and cost estimates are calculated from the history on your phone and are estimates only. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on them.

6. Free app with ads

• The app is free to use and may show ads.
• If we add paid features, we will update these terms and announce the change as described in section 9.

7. Changes and discontinuation

We may change or discontinue features and will announce important changes through app updates or the store page. If core features can no longer be provided because an AI service changes its methods, we may stop providing the app.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, including outages or policy changes at AI services or Google, or your device and network conditions, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence or where the law does not allow such limitation.

9. Changes to these terms

We will announce changes in the app at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
