AI Usage Monitor Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 18, 2026
Zenith Software Lab ("we") provides the AI Usage Monitor app (the "app"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
1. We do not collect or store your personal information
The app has no server operated by us. Everything the app handles is processed and stored only on your phone and is never sent to us. We do not collect or keep any information that identifies you.
2. Information processed on your phone
| Information | Purpose | Where it is stored |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in data for AI services (login cookies) | Reading usage from the Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini accounts you sign in to | The app's private web view storage |
| Usage history (time checked, usage %, reset time, forecasts, plan name) | Showing usage, limit forecasts, usage patterns and weekly reports | The app's private database |
| App settings (notifications, display) | Keeping your settings | The app's private storage |
- The app does not read or store your conversations, name, email or password in any AI service. It only reads usage and plan information.
- You sign in on each service's own sign-in page. The app never asks for your password.
3. Retention
- Usage history is deleted automatically after 60 days.
- Sign-in data is kept for as long as each AI service keeps you signed in, and is deleted immediately when you tap "Disconnect" or uninstall the app.
- Settings are kept until you uninstall the app.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not share your information with third parties and do not use processors.
5. Third-party services included in the app (international transfers)
The app includes the services below. These companies collect and process the information directly; we cannot receive or see it.
| Recipient | Country | Information | Purpose | When and how | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google LLC (Google AdMob) | United States and others | Advertising ID, device and app information, IP address, ad interaction data | Showing and measuring ads, preventing fraud | Sent over the network when ads load | Per Google's policy |
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- How to opt out: delete your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads (section 6). Usage features keep working either way.
- If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent form before any ads, and you can change your choice anytime under "Ad privacy settings" in the app's settings.
- Communication with each AI service (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) happens between you and the service you signed in to, under that company's privacy policy.
6. Advertising ID
Google AdMob may use your advertising ID to show personalized ads and measure ad performance. To opt out, go to Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (on some devices Settings → Privacy → Ads).
7. Your choices
- Remove one service's sign-in: tap "Disconnect" in the app.
- Delete everything: Settings → Apps → AI Usage Monitor → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.
8. Security
- All data is kept in Android's app-private storage, which other apps cannot read.
- Sign-in data is sent only to the matching AI service over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- With no server of our own, there is no copy of your data outside your phone.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 14.
